Courthouse Green
	Ironbound Road Williamsburg, Virginia Building B is a 12,000 sf two-story brick and glass building that includes the interior improvements for James City County Court Services.  Building D is a 10,000 sf one-story that includes the interior improvements for Dr. Peter Wendell, D.D.S.  Future buildings A & C consist of an additional 45,000 sf.

Global Technical Systems
	784 Lynnhaven Parkway Virginia Beach, Virginia The GTS Building is a 46,000 square foot two-story custom-built office, assembly and warehouse facility constructed in eight months.

Convergence II
	295 Bendix Road Virginia Beach, Virginia Convergence II is an 85,000 square foot, five story office building which includes 45,000 square foot of interior build outs

West Park Buildings 1 & 3
	Hampton, Virginia The work consisted of the office finishes for Gateway Computers in two large warehouse facilities built by Gilbane Building Company

Chesapeake Medical Building
	111 Medical Parkway Chesapeake, Virginia Chesapeake Medical Building is an 18,000 sf three story office building located across from Chesapeake Medical Hospital.  Work included the interior build-out for Nephrology Associates.

Cavalier Telephone
	Ingleside Road Norfolk, Virginia This project consisted of the total renovation of approximately 21,000 sf of office and warehouse space including the expansion of the existing parking lot.

Ticketmaster
	Corporation Lane Virginia Beach, Virginia Ticketmaster is a 20,000 sf two-story build-to-suit brick and glass building.

Reflections IV Office Building
	Virginia Beach, Virginia Reflections IV is an 80,000 sf four story steel framed masonry structure on five-acre site.  Work included all of the interior tenant build out.

The Roth House and The Whitman House
	Newport News, Virginia The Roth House and The Whitman House are three and four story buildings offering one, two and three bedroom apartments with retail shops and restaurants on the first floor.

The Jewish Campus
	Virginia Beach, Virginia The Jewish Campus is a two story 125,000 square foot building used by the Jewish community of Hampton Roads. The building includes Classrooms, an auditorium, offices and meeting rooms.

Movable Enclosures

Northrop Grumman Newport News Shipbuilding Newport News, Virginia This industrial project consists of two enclosures: One Blast and coat enclosures and one MIP/SHT Enclosure. These Enclosures will be used to construct the new Virginia class submarines that will be built by Northrop Grumman Newport News. Each enclosure is sixty-five feet high. A.D. Stowe, Inc. is required to fire rated process floor levels, exterior and interior walls and ceilings using shaft wall systems.

P-141U Aircraft Maintenance Hangar
	Naval Air Station Oceana Virginia Beach, Virginia The P-141 Aircraft Maintenance Hangar is designed to house two squadrons of F/A-18 fighter jets. The building is composed of two symmetrical high-bay hangars with a two-story office space at its central core.

Ferguson Enterprises
	Corporate Headquarters Expansion Newport News, Virginia Ferguson Enterprises is an 150,000 square foot, five story office building constructed under a fast-track project delivery system.

Fountain Plaza One at Oyster Point Town Center
	Ten-story office building and parking garage Newport News, Virginia Fountain Plaza One is a ten-story office tower and parking deck. The first floor and the top floors of the tower make up the total available office space of 105,000 square feet.
